How about "Angus"; "Taurus"; "How Now Brown"; (Mom mentioned "Mrs. Mooley"--which is a MUST); BESSA-MAE-MOOCHO (means "kiss me more" in Italian, apparently); "Slow Curn"; "El Vaca" (in Sp.); "Soy-Free" "big Cuckoo" (in honor of Abby)...more later when I should be done with things that I should be doing now so I won't stress out later...
I usually have to meet someone in order to give them a suitable name, but here's a few: Pepper Jackie, Mozzarella, Linda Burger, Paula Abdul, Simone COWell, Princess Toadstool, Bowser, Donkey Kong, Baguette, Jolly Rancher, Laffy Taffy, Fun Dip, Money Maker... that's all I got.

In Romania everyone names their cows too, so I can give you some common cow names I remember from my childhood in the countryside:
Johanna
Baltzata (tz pronounced like Pilz in German) - used for cows with big black dots
Alright, here are a few ideas to get you started:
Mojo
Furious George
Steve the Cow
The Cow formerly known as Sheep
Hillary Clinton
I'll take the day off work and try to come up with a few more.
